I’m Sasha Jones

A certified personal trainer, nutrition coach, and corrective exercise specialist.

My approach to fitness is rooted in structure, sustainability, and real-life application. After losing over 120 pounds and transforming my own health, I learned that lasting results don’t come from extremes.. they come from having the right plan.
